A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Aaron has acted on stage nearly his entire life--from playing Tom Sawyer in first grade to the Rocky Horror Show's narrator while at Pomona College. He started a professional acting career in Israel after playing the role of Tom Collins in the country's first production of Rent. After completing a master's degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he returned to the U.S. to enter a doctoral program in mass communication and urban affairs. In 2017 he resumed acting and was soon cast in the hilarious feature film "Hey, Mr. Postman!" (Amazon Prime) starring Paula Jai Parker, Rodney Perry, Omar Gooding and AJ Johnson. Aaron resides in Los Angeles and regularly hosts "Conversations & Karaoke"--a live social media show.

Not afraid to step up to even the biggest tasks, Aaron is the first Simba since the late Jason Raize created the role in the 1997 Broadway premiere of The Lion King to play the role on Broadway without having previously been a member of another Lion King cast. He received his Bachelors of Arts from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Arts Management (2012). Aaron's hobbies include studying Mixed Martial Arts, playing football, and Weight Training. Aaron's dream is to one day portray one of his favorite Comic Book Heroes on the Big Screen.
