Born and raised in Mississauga Ontario, Danny's sense of humor and ability to make others laugh was evident from an early age. Always desiring to entertain his friends he would perform stand up comedy for them in his neighborhood, and was known as the funny guy throughout his grade school. When he moved on to high school, he excelled in his drama classes and participated in all the school plays causing further fuel to be added to his passion and abilities for performing. In one particular performance, Danny played the role of a cruel husband so vividly that a teacher who was watching the play was significantly touched by the portrayal because it was heavily reflective of her difficult father. That experience caused Danny to realize that he did not have to always be funny in order to be able to engage or entertain an audience, and therefore began to take on more dramatic roles in his drama class. Noticing his evolving talent, his teachers and friends encouraged him to pursue acting as a career. After moving on to College and graduating from Social Service Work, Danny began pursuing a career as an actor and stand up comic.
