Born in London, Ontario, Canada to Italian parents, Jordan's passion for performance began early. He was theatrically cast as Matthew Cuthbert in Anne of Green Gables while only twelve years old, playing the elder father of the protagonist Anne. A 2-year Meisner graduate of the reputable Baron Brown Studio - School for the Dramatic Arts in Santa Monica, Jordan's commitment to acting and its craft has seen him embody diverse, textured characters and ranging performance work in lead roles in independent and studio films. He is a prior Forty Under 40 recipient, and holds citizenship in each of the USA, Canada, and the European Union to allow his acting and filmmaking goals. Concentrating on feature film acting, Jordan challenges himself often against type. He did so to capture the lead serial killer role in Friend (2009), an independent film directed by Curt Thackery which generated local acclaim and pledged to Film Festivals like Shriekfest and Sundance. His proclivity for complicated characters capable of wide range and emotion continued with his lead role in Makua Charley (2013), a film festival award-winning dramatic thriller centered on Hawaiian mythology. Jordan followed this with a bit part in Cameron Crowe's Aloha (2015), then played two different maligning lead characters in two different timelines in The Gunman (2016). He's proven the rare ability to play both hero or rogue, and brings unique layers and choices to each portrayal. Roles in upcoming films continue his advance on notable projects. 2021 will see him act in, write, and produce a crime saga called Brothers in Arms, an original cinematic story set in modern day Los Angeles. As a multi-hyphenate, Jordan complements his acting with other entertainment production roles as a screenwriter, producer, and published author. Jordan's first screenplay earned a quarterfinal placing at Creative Screenwriting's Expo Competition, and he's had screenplays place well in the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences' Nicholl Fellowships. He operates two film production companies where he collaborates with rising and emerging filmmakers, and partners in Lux 1 Film Rentals, a partnership that rents an Alexa video camera, lenses, and lighting gear for filmmakers. A strong advocate of building community inside the profession and out, Jordan is active in industry advocacy for the arts, Screen Actors Guild Foundation programs, and environmental sustainability causes. He is a long-standing SAG-AFTRA performer, and is AEA and ACTRA eligible.
Jordan walker was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. As a youth, Jordan Played sports, and traveled with his father who worked security at classic soul/r&b concerts, and for professional athletes. Jordan often imagined himself an R&B singer, or surgeon working along side his mother who was a nurse. Jordan's imagination took him far beyond those two professions however; as he always found the stories of other living beings quite interesting. Jordan would create the character of an illustrious professional athlete, soldier, fire fighter, lawyer, police officer, special agent ,fashion designer, human rights leader, and even Drug King Pin. Just about everything! He would act out various scenarios within the confined spaces of his bedroom, bathroom, and basement. While growing into adulthood ,Jordan was unsure what he wanted to become. After many nights of prayer, meditating with crystals, Binaural Beats, reading books, and searching for purpose, Jordan found that what he did as a child was key. Telling the story's of those he found interesting! The story that may have otherwise, gone unheard. He began taking acting classes, after realizing that he could become all he had ever imagined. On a big screen..
