Born Marco Dominic Dapper on July 9, 1983 in Hayward, California, is the youngest of two children (he has an older sister) Started acting as a child in plays and appeared in community theater productions after graduating high school. Raised and went to Catholic school. Worked as both an actor and a model. He has guest-starred in various television series including "The Client List," "Mistresses," "Dirty Sexy Money," "90210," and "Veronica Mars," and has also appeared in national commercials for Absolut Vodka, United Airlines, Sears and XBox. As a model, Dapper has appeared in Men's Health and in ads for Levi's Jeans for the Asian market and along the way has landed several European modeling assignments. Marco DelVecchio was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and grew up 30 miles south in the small town of Coventry. He is the son of Beth (Decubellis), an office worker, and Marco V DelVecchio, whose occupation is in construction. Growing up, he was constantly playing sports such as football and baseball. In the ninth grade he was sent to Bishop Hendricken High School, an all-boys catholic institution known for their success in academics and sports. It was there that he further nurtured his passion for football and his hopes became centered on earning an athletic college scholarship. Marco's goal was met just short, and he decided to attend a post graduate year at Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts. While at Tabor, Marco excelled during the football season, earning All-New England Honors. Despite a few scholarship offers, Marco switched paths and decided to pursue acting after performing as the UPS Guy in the school's winter musical production of "Legally Blonde." Post Tabor Academy, Marco took a gap year in Tampa, FL where he worked, attended acting classes regularly, and auditioned for potential college theater programs.
