Patrick Meaney is a writer/director/producer/editor. Born in New York, he attended Wesleyan University, where he majored in film studies. He has spent the past ten years working in independent film. His most recent feature is House of Demons, a psychological horror film that is being distributed by Smith Global Media/Sony. He has also created several documentaries on the world of pop culture and comics, including Grant Morrison: Talking With Gods, Neil Gaiman: Dream Dangerously Warren Ellis: Captured Ghosts, and The Image Revolution. His films have played at film festivals and comic conventions around the world, including the Napa Valley Film Festival, Helsinki International Film Festival, Revelation Perth International Film Festival, Leeds International Film Festival, Belfast Film Festival, as well as San Diego Comic-Con and New York Comic-Con. He has shared the stage for panels with Game of Thrones creator George RR Martin and Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld, among others. His films have been licensed by Netflix, Hulu, Starz, and Amazon Prime.
